
WAYS WE CAN HELP
1) NEW CLAIM: This is generally the best for the Insured, as not only do we prevent some mistakes from occurring, but we also do most of the work in documenting and packaging your claim for maximum benefit. Many potential delays, mistakes and “headaches” are thus prevented. This is usually done for a small percentage, and we are not paid until you get paid.
2) PENDING CLAIM: If you have been paid (or have received an offer) for a substantial portion of your claim, we can take over from that point. We re-document and cross-reference everything and usually find many things that were not originally included and other things that were not properly priced. We are paid only if additional money is received.

FILED OR SUPPLEMENT CLAIM:
4) CLAIM DENIAL: We have reviewed numerous claim denials and have obtained payment for many of them. If, however, we believe that the insurance company was right, we will so advise you.
5) APPRAISAL: We are frequently retained as “appraisers” under the terms of your policy. There are a lot of dangers with this process, and it should be approached very carefully.
